1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AyoWed ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

AyoWed is operated by AyoWed SAS, a company registered in France. The Service is available globally, including in the United States.

2. Description of Service

AyoWed provides a digital wedding platform that allows couples to:

• Create personalized wedding event pages
• Collect RSVPs and guest information digitally
• Share photos and memories with guests
• Broadcast real-time announcements to guests
• Manage a collaborative photo gallery
• Create time capsule messages for future anniversaries
• Offer multilingual content for international guests

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately at support@ayowed.com of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Pricing and Payment

AyoWed offers both free and paid plans. Paid plans are subject to a one-time payment - not a subscription. Key terms:

• One-time payment: You pay once; your page remains active for the duration specified in your plan.
• No hidden fees: The price you see is the price you pay.
• Currency: Prices are displayed in EUR (€) or USD ($). USD prices are calculated at the current exchange rate and may vary slightly.
• Refunds: Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase if the service has not been used. Contact support@ayowed.com.
• Payment processing: Payments are processed securely by Stripe. AyoWed does not store your payment card information.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to AyoWed (photos, messages, text). By uploading content, you grant AyoWed a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display that content solely to provide the Service.

You agree NOT to upload content that:

• Infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Contains nudity, violence, or explicit material
• Includes personal data of minors without parental consent
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Contains spam, malware, or harmful code

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms without prior notice.

6. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. By using AyoWed, you consent to data collection and use as described in our Privacy Policy.

For California residents, additional rights under the CCPA are described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Your wedding page and associated data remain accessible for the duration of your plan. After expiration:

• Your page will be taken offline but data retained for 30 days
• You may request a full data export before deletion
• After 30 days, data is permanently deleted from our servers
• You may request immediate deletion at any time by contacting support@ayowed.com

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use AyoWed to:

• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect personal information from guests without their knowledge
• Engage in commercial solicitation of guests
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the platform for events other than personal celebrations
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AyoWed shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Content uploaded by users or third parties

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution

For US users, any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

For other users, disputes shall be governed by French law and submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
